How can I restore custom vibrations on Apple Watch Series 7 after update?

On my Apple Watch Series 2, I used to have different vibrations for WhatsApp, iMessage and even TapBack on iMessages. The activity vibrations were sort of similar to the Tapback vibrations. When I switched to a Watch Series 7, the custom vibrations remained, even though other people around me, never got to experience the difference in vibrations on their watches. When I updated to Watch OS11 though, I didn’t get the different vibrations anymore. Activity notifications, iMessage and Tapback now all have the same vibrations. And I can’t figure out how to get the different vibrations back. Anyone have a clue? It would change my life again!
