Which, btw, is located in the Applications folder or accessible in Launchpad on online at Apple Store Online - Apple.

Also not deletable as it's installed with the OS.

• Stock app? - Not deletable and nothing to due with purchasing Apple products.
• App Store app? - Used for app purchases and cannot be remove from the Mac.
• Apple Store app? - Not native to the Mac, but is an iOS app used for Apple purchases such as those found on apple.com.

I don't think it's limited by region, but it's possible...

It's part of macOS. It should be there. It's not even possible to delete it.
