How to find missing notes after iCloud sync on iPhone 11?

If your notes disappeared after syncing with iCloud on your iPhone 11, first check all folders in the Notes app (iCloud, On My iPhone, Gmail). Then, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Notes and toggle it off and on to refresh the sync. Check the Recently deleted folder in Notes and visit iCloud.com to see if your notes are still there. Make sure you're on the correct Apple ID and connected to the internet. If needed, restart your iPhone to trigger a fresh sync.
