resourceNotificationGated client not privileged

When I run "sudo dmesg", I keep seeing messages like:

IOHIDLibUserClient:0x1000062a9 resourceNotificationGated client not privileged

IOHIDLibUserClient:0x100005f47 resourceNotificationGated client not privileged

Is there another log I can check to give me more details?

I don't see anything relevant in /var/log/system.log.

The error "resourceNotificationGated client not privileged" on macOS typically indicates that an application is trying to access system resources or receive notifications without the necessary permissions. This often occurs when an app attempts to interact with protected areas of the system, such as the file system, camera, microphone, or location services, like Full Disk Access or such.

System logs are really only useful if you and others were an Apple Software Engineer

I gave up looking at log files sometime around OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

Download the Application Etrecheck  ( External Link ) directly from the Developer.

The Application is Not a " Silver Bullet "  and is  only a tool to examine the Hardware / Software used on this computer

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer Hardware / Software used on this computer

The application is free or paid from added features.

I've run Etrecheck and it doesn't show anything related to this issue that I could find. I'm working on resolving some of the issues it listed. My biggest issue right now is actually sluggish performance even though my cpu is not throttled nor low on disk space. Etrecheck shows that signpost_reporter is using excessive cpu at times but other than simply renaming the executable so it actually doesn't run, not sure how else to deal with that. Anyways, that's off topic.

Once I've done some more issues cleanup, I will probably post the etrecheck report under a new thread regarding sluggish performance. It seems finding the actual executable that causes the "not privileged" message may be a lost cause unless I were to engage Apple engineers at a $$$ premium.
