After various warnings to turn of my own control centre from my Lock Screen, I have done so. However, the setting ‘Face ID and passcode’ doesn’t come up on my daughters phone (assuming I’ve restricted it somehow) how do I now turn off control centre from showing on her Lock Screen? Thanks a hundred million if anyone can answer or help.

Go to Settings -> Face ID and Passcode. Youu will be prompted to enter your Passcode and will be promted to the Face ID and Passcode section. Scroll down and you'll find a section ALLOW ACCESS TO WHEN LOCKED. There you toggle off Control Centre.
If Face ID and Passcode option is not visible, go to Settings -> Screen Time -> Content and Privacy Restrictions. Scroll down and you will see a section ALLOW CHANGES TO. The first option under that is Passcode &Face ID. Select that and change it to Allow.

You'd have to enable Face ID and Passcode on your daughters phone long enough to turn off the control for Control Center When Locked.
