Unable to access certain websites on Safari in Russia

Since yesterday, I can’t open some websites that I was able to access a few days ago. I visited my mobile operator’s office to check the issue, but they confirmed that the problem is not with the internet or the operator. I also tried putting my SIM card into another phone, but the websites still wouldn’t open there.

I cleared my browser cache, but it didn’t help. I’m in Russia and even tried using a VPN to access these sites, but it didn’t work either. Just two days ago, I could open all these websites without any problems.

I need help understanding what might be causing this issue.
