Selected loop triggers msg to download, after download, loop won't play in track

Hi

Occasionally I'll play a loop, in this case Court Harpsichord, which triggers a msg saying a download is needed. I agree, it downloads, I input my password to install, but when I play the track—nothing.

2 Questions

How can I get it to be heard?

Why must I always download and install the same material if I want to use it in a track another day, even tho when I save the project it pauses longer than usual as if it's saving the downloaded material?
