Find my doesn't work on web browser for my kids phone

We have a family plan, his phone is set to share location with me. Everything is correct on our end. Find my stays offloaded on my phone bc of my storage. I need to be able to pull it up on my chrome browser. When I do, it only shows my very old phones, but not his and there is nothing regarding our family account. My phone is 13 mini and his is an SE, but I don't think that's relevant.
