How to resolve Apple Music auto play problems offline?

Apple Music downloaded songs (while offline) only playing from the 15ish second. When clicking on a random song to make it start, it doesn’t work, when on the same song you put the player at around 15-16th second and hit play it plays. Queue also doesn’t work showing a similar bug as the previously explained one. Songs also don’t auto play after a song has ended and sometimes loops through the entire library / playlist you’re listening to (have a video to support this).

This never happened also when I was playing offline. Environment: flew from Italy to Belgium - everything fine. In Belgium as I started using roaming for data, sometimes auto play wouldn’t work - this happened to me already a couple of times so I though it was internet bugging out. Flight from Belgium to China - this was where everything went downhill - nothing would auto play or just play - up until the end of the flight songs wouldn’t even play from the 15ish second on. Tried to restart the Iphone a few times but didn’t work. As I landed and connected to internet everything was fixed immediately.
