Apple Card sign-up offer confirmation through Credit Karma app

I recently signed up for the Apple Card through an offer I saw in the Credit Karma app. I completed the application directly through Credit Karma and was approved.

Since then, I’ve spent $2,908 within the first 90 days, as required by the promotional terms I saw. However, I haven’t seen any confirmation or indication that the sign-up offer was successfully applied to my account.
