Imac locked me out

My imac (new model) has locked me out and says I need to try in 3 hours again. I moved from England to Switzerland and the Screen shows still UK time. Apple ID works on ipad. Help!

This screen is not requesting the password for your AppleID.

This is the login screen for the Mac computer user account. Use the password you normally use to login to the Mac.
