iTunes music selections - is this customizable?
While I do not have a subscription to Apple Music, I do use the iTunes Store to download a lot of music to purchase and play on my iMac, and iPhone... and have been for the past (roughly) 15 years.
Most of the music I listen to is Rock, Alternative, Jazz, R&B, Pop, and a variety of other things... with the exception of Country. That's the one thing you will not find in my library. Other than that, my music selection is pretty varied with new music, and old.
So when I open the Music app on my iMac, and go to the iTunes Store, it seems like a majority of the music I see is Country. Sure I see "Top Pop albums" "Top Rock albums" etc. but the problem is the "New Music", "Today's Hits", "Recent Releases", "Trending Now", "Viral Hits", "Pre-Orders" sections (basically all of the new music sections) are close to being half country music choices. Out of the 200ish albums that I have purchased, none are country, so it sure isn't picking things I buy (not that I believe it's supposed to).
Is there any way to filter this so I see a wider variety of what I do like, and a lot less of the c**p (meaning just country) that I am not at all interested in?
