I recently bought something but got a refund for it, I payed with apple cash. Then my identity needed to he proven, which means i cant receive money, or request money, am i still able to receive the money?

We’re not Apple Support. The absolute best we can say is maybe. It will boil down to if your account is restricted or locked.
Funds in a locked account aren’t going anywhere for 6 to 24 months in most states. If the account is restricted, funds can only be transferred out and only to the bank account associated with your Apple Cash Account.
Can I receive a refund in Apple Cash if my identity is not confirmed?
