I am using ios 18.5 the latest one. After this i am seeing that email app is unreaponsive.
I tried reinstalling it but nothing changed.

Are you using your iCloud Mail account or a 3rd party mail provider?
If the Mail App does not start, try to force restart your iPhone:

There are multiple threads about this. Seems to be a bug from iOS 18.5. Waiting for a fix, but in the meantime doing a hard reboot seems to resolve temporarily.
