"Hey Siri" only works for a short time on my new iPhone 16

Hey Siri only works for a short time on my new iPhone 16. I keep going through the steps to reset it but it stops working. This is the fourth time I’ve reset my Siri on my iPhone with the steps provide. I am constantly having to go back and use the side button in order for Siri to work.

Siri not responding on iphone 16 pro It is so annoying that you spend more than $1000 to get an upgraded device and prefer using the older version. I am a frequent user of Siri which i never noticed until i got the 16 pro and Siri is acting up. ‘Hey Siri or Siri’ does not respond and using the side button activates Siri but the responses are slow. I have tried different methods listed on several sites and some work temporarily. I hope this is something that is being worked on because it is disappointing.
