Snapchat released an update that allows you to preview messages on your watch. I have everything set up correctly according to the Snapchat website, but it won’t work.

I have many friends that have the feature. As far as I can dig I haven’t found a single phone number or email to actually contact Snapchat support. The only thing I can do is see the “common questions” that people ask Snapchat and this isn’t on there.
Did you try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
I have reset both my phone and my watch and it doesn’t fix it.
Did you already contact the Snapchat support?
Do you know other users that can see these previews on their watches?
