Why can't I share my screen or see others screens during FaceTime on iPhone?

Whenever I’m on FaceTime with anybody it never lets me share my screen. It also never lets me see other peoples screen, I’ve tried everything and it just doesn’t work! Can you help me?!?!

Screen share not working on Facetime Since updating the to IOS 16.3, I have not been able to screen share. The share button is shaded out and unclickable. Help. I have restarted my phone and still has the same problem.

Can you like make any other phones like the iPhone 11’s when FaceTime can you make it share the screen on any phone
