How do I fix Face ID and battery issues on my iPhone?

my face id works afters restart then an hour later stops working including selfie portrait and my battery can be at 70 ,50 ,40% then goes off only to on back with 10% why please is anything wrong?

A. Try Force Restarting your iPhone:

Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart.

It sounds like your battery may be at the end of its life.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging.

You can expect about a 1% drop per 50 charging cycles (25 charging cycles for IPhone 14 and older) with average use on an iPhone. This is an approximation, that is why it may be plus or minus a few percent on a month to month basis.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
