I don't get any warranty for my Macbook Air M2

I just bought a new Macbook Air M2 512GB on May 30, 2025. But, the warranty did not work as it should. Apple Support asked to upload proof of purchase, but it turned out that the invoice was not accepted because Apple said the sales date did not match the serial number, so they asked for proof of purchase/sales invoice from the seller when they bought the unit from the importer or distributor.

However, the seller did not show good faith to help buyers in dealing with this problems. This is the first time I have experienced a warranty problem when buying a Macbook. As a result, the unit's warranty was considered expired.

This is so strange. I have no idea why Apple has to ask for a sales invoice from the buyer, while the one having the problem here is the buyer who just bought a new MacBook. This is stupid!

Now why would the seller refuse to "show good faith" if they were an Apple Authorized Reseller, and if this unit was one obtained through official channels? Such a seller would presumably find it easy to show that the unit they sold was eligible for warranty.
