How can we resolve Excel issues on iPad?

Excel Issues - High School Teachers. Any help very much appreciated. Questions from teachers:

• We haven't worked out a way to change the scale on both axes of graphs to remove large gaps
• R squared value comes up on the graph and we can't move it (stops some data from being read)
• Filling data across rows and moving of data between cells is possible, though it is very time consuming and challenging - is there a shorcut to do this with a keyboared? Some classes have tried using Numbers as a replacement for Excel, but the cognitive load on students (and teachers) to work with multiple spreadsheets has made this difficult to do for assessment.
