2012 Mac OS 10.15.7 not showing songs I bought and want to send to my iPhone 14

I cannot access songs I bought years ago through apple. I used my older Mac.

Can I get these songs to show up on a newer computer like a MacBook Pro? Or, on my Iphone 14 ?
