Reduce the size of the project .band file

I have a project that has three hours of audio in a single track. I have deleted all but an hour of this track. Is there a way to remove this from the .band file so it is not taking any space? I believe it is still being retained because I have the ability to do a "Undo Delete" I would like to save a smaller .band file.

I deleted all references to the different channels and episodes but there still seems to be a ton of space being taken up by remnants left over. Uninstall a Logic demo project I downloaded one of the demo projects (specifically the Spatial Audio Demo Grid) and can't find a way to uninstall. It took around 270mb during the installation process. There doesn't seem to be a right click > uninstall option, nor is there a 270mb file in my computer to delete. Does anyone know where I can locate this file and uninstall?
