Unable to make calls using iPad Pro through my iPhone

I’m trying to use my iPad to make phone calls via my iPhone, they are logged with the same Apple account but on iPhones if I try activate the function it says “Impossible activate calls on other devices to enable calls on other devices, you must log in to FaceTime and iCloud with the same Apple Account”.
