How can I completely refresh my Apple Music library?

Why isn’t there an option to completely reset Apple Music? Like, starting from scratch? I’m talking about resetting the entire library, profile, song/album ratings (loved songs, ‘suggest less’), basically the whole Apple Music? I’ve seen so many posts on websites asking for such a feature, and many users would find it useful. I don’t even know how many times I’ve submitted a request for it through the ‘Feature Request’ option. And here we are we have 2025 and there’s still no good way to reset that service. The only way is to create a new Apple Account which is ridiculous.

You are raging at the wrong people. No one here works for Apple and Apple Support does not monitor these user-to-user forums. We are simply fellow users like yourself.

Apparently not enough people feel the same as you and have not submitted enough feedback to change Apple’s mind. There’s nothing that can be done here to influence Apple’s software decisions.

But why are you wanting to completely reset Apple Music? Are you having issues. If you explain here perhaps someone will come along with solutions. I did find a nuclear option on the internet though. Cancel your Apple Music subscription. Thirty days after cancelation your entire music music library will be deleted along with all settings. Then resubscribe.
