How do I transfer purchased albums from Apple Music to my iPod library?

From my ipod, I purchased two albums. My credit card was charged for both. The albums do not appear on my iPod library but they do appear in the iTunes app and specify that they were purchased. It seems to download when I ask them to but when it's done it's still unavailable anywhere.

After having them replay often, I removed some from my phone library for a temporary time. I'm trying to redownload my songs and albums. I can see them in my purchase history, open the album, and play the songs from the purchase screen in iTunes store, however, if I view the album I already purchased from my Music app it will not play for me.
