phishing messages on Apple Watch only

I have silence, unknown callers turned on my phone however, I will occasionally get a text message on my watch that does not show up on my phone. That text message is always some type of spam. I'm not sure what I can do about this.

Looking on my watch, there have been three today (today is the first day this has occurred after having the watch for over a year). Each came from an email address and had the same message about someone hiring but all three came from different email addresses, typically ending in the Russian suffix. I look on my phone and these same messages don't appear. I am being notified on watch and phone about all other texts throughout the day but these sort of slipped in on the watch with no notification besides me seeing the notification.

Receiving spam messages on my Apple Watch but not on my iPhone I received this spam message on my Watch 8, which updated to watchOS 11.5 yesterday, but it doesn't appear on my phone (iPhone 16, iOS 18.4.1). First time I've had this happen, I've had the watch 2 years, but phone was replaced last month - what gives? [Edited by Moderator]

I received one of these messages on my watch only as well. I cannot locate the message on my phone and I do not have unknown messages silenced on my phone. It says it is from Apple support but it’s coming from a spam email
