Is there a reason for family members limit
Anyone knows the reason behind 5x + 1 family member limit? It's kinda discriminatory

Which means this topic isn't really open to discussion. That said I would assume the limit was initially somewhat arbitrary but is now set in stone as the number agreed by all the parties that provide content to Apple and allow for it to be shared. Increasing the limit would require renegotiating those agreements with all involved, which I'm sure you will agree is unlikely.
