iCloud Drive stuck in uploading and downlading

Yesterday, I was experiencing issues with my disk space size, so I activated the Store in iCloud option, which saves your Documents and Desktop in iCloud and deletes files that you don't access frequently from your disk.

Today, I couldn't open my work files so I panicked and deactivated again the option and the sync from iCloud. That action deleted all my files in the Documents and Folder so I reactivated the sync option to recover.

Now I can't access to some important Document files and when I open the Finder and I click the icon next to the iCloud Drive tab it shows that is Downloading and Uploading Zero KB
