How do I recover text messages from iCloud?

There’s not a lot of context or background to your question, but I’ll try to answer, or at least provide a few (potential) solutions.

1. Do you have an iCloud backup, and if so, were messages included in that or those backups?
2. Can you restore from an iCloud backup?
3. Double check your settings. If you have messages setup to be synced with iCloud, they could be available on one of your other devices.
