Hi, I was trying to start reader on a website in safari and had accidently removed the AA icons from my safari bar and cannot get them back on my iPhone 15.
I have tried resetting safari and a few basic home remedies,
but nothing is working so far.
Please help :)

I am assuming you are referring to the A | A to adjust the text size.
Please check the screenshots attached.
Start here > Locate this icon on the address bar...
Briefly, it will show at what zoom level the page is. In this example, it is at 100% (default)
After a few seconds, it shows the options to increase or decrease the text size.
