I updated my operating system to Sonoma 14.7.6 and now Safari just says this connection is not private when I try to search for anything.

Please review all these suggestions: If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on Mac - Apple Support. I realize many of them are trivial but that is the definitive guide to solving website misbehavior.
I have same problem, and did all things mentioned on the support page given in the first reply.still having problems after multiple quits, restarts, etc
