How can I share an iTunes soundtrack with my partner when we both have the same subscription?

Ok I get that there are copyright issues BUT I want to share a memory with my partner and we BOTH have the same

soundtrack in our iTunes! Which we SUBSCRIBE ie PAY FOR ….

I am willing to PAY FOR THIS TRACK AGAIN. So why isn’t this an available option???
