My MacBook Pro 2023 Apple Music Sync Library Option will not stay on

MacBook Pro 2023 - My App Store and Apple Music don’t work. Apple Store doesn’t let me connect and Apple Music wont sync library even though I check the box to sync in the settings the box will not stayed checked.

Apple Music library syncing is toggling off automatically I followed the basic troubleshooting steps and still the settings of the Apple Music app under the library syncing option is not letting me to turn it on. please help

There was a temporary problem completing your request When I try and use Apple Music on my MacBook Air M2 and go to the browse, search, radio, listen now, it just says "There was a temporary problem completing your request". I have tried signing in and out and turning off and on sync but it has not changed anything. It works on my iPhone just not on my Mac. It only will play songs in my library but they will take 5 min to load. My wifi is also stable. (no song shows up on iMovie where it says it should if any has a fix to that that would also be helpful )
