How do I fix multiple themes showing in Keynote presentation?

I have no idea how I did this but for some reason my presentation on keynote has two separate themes showing when trying to add a slide, does anyone know how to make it to where there's only one theme? I've tried changing the theme several times and creating new presentations, I don't know what else to do.
