How do I stop Siri from constantly listening to my voice?

Privacy of Siri:

If you are not a reliant user of Siri, then just delete the threads. All history would be deleted.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Siri
3. Tap: Siri & Dictation History
4. Tap: Delete Siri & Dictation History

Siri cannot reply to “Hey, Siri” unless it is listening for that phrase. If you do not want it to listen at all, even for that phrase, you will need to shut it off.
