How to restore accidentally deleted App on iPhone 16 pro?

If you open the App Store > Tap your icon in the top right > Tap apps. There you will see a list of your past downloaded apps which you can re-download.

If you only removed it from the Home Screen you can re-add it from the App Library.

If you completely deleted it from the phone, you can re-download it from the App Store.

You pretty much have to know what the app was, though...

If you really can't recall, then maybe it wasn't important enough to keep around.
