Add Links to app in Notes doesn't work for Youtube on Safari

With reference to this article: Add links in Notes on Mac - Apple Support (ME)

Following the steps under section for: Link to an app

With Step 4, if the page on Safari is a youtube content, then Add Link doesn't show it. Same Youtube link is showing for Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Any one has solve this?
