Is Apple still releasing the macbook air m2?

and if so, does it still put one SSD NAND chip there with 256 minimum memory?

While I don’t have the answer to your question - how many NAND chips? - I will say that for the typical user the NAND count is irrelevant.

The total storage will be as advertised and the performance will be within specs regardless of the chip count.

Also, it is entirely possible that the chip count may vary from one production run to the next or from one assembly plant to the next, even for the same model.

Apple has discontinued the M2 MacBook Air. I would assume that all M2 MacBook Airs with 256 GB of internal SSD storage use a single NAND flash chip. That means lower SSD speeds (although they are still faster than anything possible with a USB 3.0 / SATA SSD).

If you are on the market for a new MacBook Air, I would suggest a M4 model with at least 16 GB of RAM and at least 512 GB of internal SSD storage.
