Third party hub interred with Apple Watch unlock/wifi

Hey, just dropping this here in case anyone else is having this admittedly very specific problem.

I've been using a Satechi Stand & Hub for Mac Mini with NVMe SSD for the past year and a half. For whatever reason, it started interfering with my Mac Mini Pro's wifi signal. This included unlocking the Mini with my Watch, since that relies on both items being on the same network.

I'm having the hub replaced under warranty. Once I got the hub disconnected, the Watch went right back to happily unlocking the Mini each and every time.

Like I said, there's probably an incredibly narrow subset of people this affects, but if it helps one other person, I'll feel better. Thanks.

I did not contact Apple Feedback. I'll do that when I get the chance.

I did obviously contact Satechi, since they're replacing the hub under warranty. Albeit, they're doing it grudgingly. I was sent three links from Discussions supposedly explaining how this all really Apple's fault, but they still agreed to replace the hub.
