Am receiving web pop up alerts from swicalicistable.com. how to stop??

For past few days a pop up alert swicalicistable.com is appearing. have cleared my history, but it keeps appearing. Assuming it is not legit. How can I block it/stop it?

Virus alert Hi everyone, Since a few days I have a little warning about virus alert showing on the top right corner of the screen. When I click it does open a page which is for sure a scam of some sort. Did you had an issue like that and any idea to stop this pop up ? Thanks for all advise.

block notification I get a top box notification that I have a virus. It slides in and out very fast saying I should contact a number, any way to rid myself of this annoyance?
