How do I retrieve lost Safari tabs and private tabs from an old iPhone backup?

recently got a new iphone and when i transferred my data, a BUNCH of my safari tabs disappeared (like, 2k+ and i'm not even exaggerating, plus my private tabs which i planned to move manually as well). i was going to use my old phone (the one i'm writing this from) as a reference so i could go through and bookmark or otherwise save tabs i wanted to keep, but when i tried it had synced to the backup for my new phone, so everything was still gone. checking recently closed won't work either, since most of it was in tab groups and those all got wiped as well. i turned off backup for this phone when i realized that it'd synced, but i don't think that'll really help much. i don't think that resetting it will work either since the backup i need isn't the most recent one anymore. is there any way to go back to the old save so i can still retrieve my stuff? please god?
