Why is Family Sharing “review request” still showing after being accepted?

So problem is.

My son has lilit that everytime he wants to install new app, it ask’s our permission.

for over month or so now, the view I see in iMessage group is that all the request’s are syill at ”review request” even though I have accepted them. To my son, they seem ”approved” state. But for me, still like they’re new…

anu fixes. Booting Iphone etc no help. Deleted all stuck request’s, no help. Still when new one comes same issue.
