How can I reduce GarageBand data usage?

I just re-downloaded GarageBand to create a custom ringtone, but it took 2 hours to re-download and it takes up sooooooo much storage. Is there any way to reduce its storage? ( without offloading it)

Nope. It will take a lot of space as it's a pretty complex application.
