How can I restore all photos original time and date how do i do this for multiple photos?

It depends. You didn't give much detail about what you need. Here are two possibilities:
If you want to shift them all by the same amount (like they are all off by 2 hours, for instance,) then you can select a bunch, hit More (•••) and choose Adjust Date & Time. Adjusting one back to the original time will change all the others by the same amount.
You can Revert to Original for all of them with the same menu, but that will also revert all edits and comments.
There is no button for Revert to Original Time only.
