I have battery percentage set at 95 but phone charged to 100 after the latest update. How can i get it to only charge back to 95 like I have set in my settings.

You have to look deep in Apple's documentation to find that that no matter what limit you might have the phone set at, the phone will still charge to 100% "occasionally".
When I tried Charge Limits, "occasionally" was about 3 times a month, sometimes more. Other users report less and and some report more.
So, nothing to worry about unless you are finding that the battery is charging to 100% every time.
Personally, I think Charge Limits are more of a gimmick than anything else, but that might be another discussion.
