How can I downgrade my iCloud plan to 200 GB?

At present I am paying for 2TB a month

I have used 287.2 GB

I have 40, 611 items

I share with my husband

I have 280.08 GB

He has 6.4 GB

I would really like to downgrade to 200 GB

Any advice best way to approach this
