I subscribed to Apple music a month or two earlier than the day I subscribed to Apple one. Now my money gets deducted for both the plans. And as Apple music is covered under Apple one, I do get my apple music subscription money back but its kinda annoying. How do I unsubscribe to the Apple music? And if I do, will it be canceled from the apple one too?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your Apple Account] > Subscriptions. Do you see both Apple Music and Apple One listed there? If so, tap Apple Music then Cancel Subscription.
I can only see Apple One but every month, I get charged for both anyways.
