How do I completely disable autoplay when plugging in headphones on iPhone?

I know I’m not the only one annoyed by this — every time I plug in my headphones, music starts playing automatically. I didn’t ask for that. I don’t want it.

I’ve looked in Screen Time > Allowed Apps — but there’s no option to disable Music there. I just want to stop autoplay from happening at all, whether it’s Apple Music, Podcasts, or anything else.

Is there a clean way to disable this behavior completely? Or at least block specific apps from launching when headphones connect?

Appreciate any real solutions — not just workarounds adding automations or something.
