Ctrl + 2 finger scroll in trackpad doesn't zoom the entire screen

I want to be able to hold Ctrl and scroll to zoom in like I could with a mouse at home.

However in the office, without a mouse, holding Ctrl and 2 fingers to scroll on a trackpad did nothing.

This is my current settings.

Am I missing something or does trackpad zoom **only** work with 3 fingers scroll?
