Requesting assistance with iCloud storage payment error

I was attempting to update my iCloud storage from the $0.99 option to the $2.99 option and when I paid y’all took $4.99 out of my account but did not upgrade my storage plan. I would like to contact someone that can either tell me why that happened or to just give me the upgrade.

One possibility is that the charge was for the storage and for something else combined in one billing. This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We don't have access to information about charges to your account. Apple has a support article about charges — see each of the steps in the following instructions.
